Event Tickets

A full refund is available, minus a $50 (plus HST) administration fee, for the first five (5) business days is available from your date of purchase.

After the first five (5) business days there are no refunds for event ticket purchases.

There will be no refunds issued within 60 days of our events.

Your event tuition, based upon availability, can be transferred to another event offered by Vanessa Long up to 2 years from your original purchase date. Please contact us at 1-855-981-5664 for more details and availability.

Digital Downloads

There will be no refunds issued for digital products. All sales are final.

Coaching Services

There will be no refunds issued for work-life balance, business, and relationship coaching services.

Packaged Products

You may return new, unopened items purchased from within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
